Description
The Demco Pro 60 is a 60 gallon skid-type sprayer designed to drop into the bed of an ATV or UTV. It is the machine for the jobs that are too big for a backpack and too small to justify a tractor rig: fence lines, food plots, pasture spot spraying, driveways and lot edges, orchard rows and small acreage weed control. Listed at $1,850.

The Two Details That Separate a Good Sprayer From a Cheap One
The first is the sloped bottom sump. A flat-bottomed tank strands the last few gallons where the pump cannot reach them, which means chemical you paid for goes down the drain at rinse-out and residue is left to contaminate the next mix. A sloped sump draws the tank genuinely empty.
The second is internal baffling. Sixty gallons is 500 lb of liquid, and unbaffled liquid sloshing in a tank on the back of a UTV traversing a slope is a real rollover hazard — the load arrives at the downhill side just as the vehicle is least able to cope with it. Baffles break up that movement and keep the machine predictable.
Boom and Wand Together
The dual-nozzle boom covers broadcast work at a consistent rate — the right tool for a food plot or a pasture strip. The 15 ft hose and wand handle everything a boom cannot reach: fence posts, gateways, around buildings, individual thistles and brush. Having both on one tank is what makes this size of sprayer genuinely useful rather than a compromise.
UV Resistant Tank
A sprayer lives outdoors, and ordinary polyethylene chalks, embrittles and eventually splits under sustained sunlight. A UV stabilised tank is the difference between a unit that lasts a decade and one that fails in its fourth season, usually while full.
