By accessing and purchasing from Propane Tank Traders (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products & Pricing
All prices listed are in USD and reflect cash or check pricing. Credit card orders may be subject to a processing fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct errors or omissions. Listed prices do not include shipping, freight, installation, or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, bank transfer, and personal/business checks. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
3. Propane Tank Safety Disclaimer
All tanks sold are ASME or DOT certified. Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe installation, operation, and maintenance. Tanks still under factory vacuum seal must have the seal broken by a licensed propane provider during the first fill. Installation of large ASME tanks must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal codes. We strongly recommend professional installation.

6. Limitation of Liability
Propane Tank Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Propane Tank Traders operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
